You are so right, The only things I would like to add is when you walk to do the shopping, bring you own bag and along the way look into the storm drains, if you see rubbish think about talking to City Hall, Local News Papers, Local TV Station, about stenciling them, find out the last time they were cleaned, not flushed into the waterways but cleaned out, to many people with the power to take care of this matter, only see what they see, storm drains are out of sight, out of mind, If we can all, at least start with our life's blood, the underground pipes, contaminate our water and you can forget about the rest.
OUR WATER IS THE FIRST THING WE NEED TO FIX, AND BY FIXING THE WATER PROBLEM, MANY OTHER THINGS WILL FALL INTO PLACE.
