Space nuclear free zone

According to the present international protocols, the earth atmospher and space has been agreed to be nuclear free zone.
The present accepted UN space and atmospheric nuclear free zone protocol due to new developments in the world of science is not acceptable and can not be implemented.
According to the present developed technologies for space through production of Magnetic and gravitational system developed and tested by the Keshe Foundation, space cannot be a nuclear free zone and this protocol has to be reconsidered by the UN and its affiliated Nations, if the mans scientific progress has to take its natural course of development and application.
For creating lift and motion in atmospheric condition, the Keshe Foundation cannot fly its systems without the use of dynamic plasmatic magnetic fields which are created naturally through production of nuclear based plasmatic magnetic fields interactions within the reactors needed for operation of such a designed and tested systems.
Where, the magnetic and Gravitational fields generated by our nuclear plasma base systems needed for flight and protection of our systems are similar in characteristics to gravitational fields on earth and atmosphere protection around the earth respectively, and for us to be able to fly with our new systems like other objects in the universe without the use of nuclear seeding and nuclear base space plasma reactors which we have developed is impossible.
Thus: the Keshe Foundation through its development of nuclear based space plasma reactors sees’ the need for and calls upon all the nations whom are affiliated to the UN to reconsider and put into motion new protocols and rules in how to control the space parameters for the use of these newly developed portable space nuclear systems in atmospheric and space conditions, and for them to consider what needs to be done in respect to the use and set up of new transportation routes that no nation and no individual can diversely be effected by these new means of transport lifting and flying systems in atmospheric and space re-entry and routes to other point in space condition in case of any malfunctioning of systems or accidents.
Thus: as of today the 6.2.2011 the Keshe Foundation will not and cannot accept the present protocol of free nuclear space agreements which has been set-up through UN and we directly will challenge this protocol and the Foundation is prepared to release information about the safety concerns and control of these systems in respect to the environment and our concerns about the safety aspects of the use of these systems for their passengers use that preliminary safety and border controls enquiries can start prior to their mass use due to the easy implementation and inexpensive production cost of these naturally producing magnetic and gravitational system .
Thus we would like to invite the UN and the nations of space club to reconsider and open new channels of talk for these new proposals that new laws can be passed as soon as possible before these systems become in common use in the next five to ten years.
The implication of new space reactors will cover and shows need for new water routes and land routes and new space channels.
With these new systems governmental borders are meaningless and present border controls can not be implemented.
The Foundation has been forced to take this action of release and open testing of its technology as we see the time for the full release of new space technology without the use of propulsion and jet liners on the bases of universal methods motion as of planets and stars which our systems operation is bases on has arrived.
The reason for the release and this radical departure from obeying international laws and release of information on the Foundation forum is due to matters which has risen in respect to safety and the use of the knowledge which recently have been unlawfully taken from the Foundation by several governments.
We see this action by the Foundation necessary, as access to our technology is the right of all nations and we have to make access simultaneously and immediately to all nations to this technology that the mistakes and abuses of the past by few nations to enforce their rules on other nations through superiority of the knowledge which they unlawfully have come to possess not to be effective.
